Our stay at Kathy's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. She had everything from reading material to chargers in case you forgot one for your phone. The internet was blazing fast and the s'mores, eggs and orange juice were a classic touch. The fire was warm when we got there and there was even baby soap for our toddler. I was so impressed with everything Kathy offered. She was spectacular!
Wonderful stay. The cabin was beautiful and spacious with many very thoughtful details, including a bottle of wine on arrival, some breakfast groceries and even a bone for our dog. The location is great and the cabin is surrounded by private, peaceful woods. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place, secluded, tranquil, heavenly soaking tub in the master suite, plenty of wild life, and great amenities that won't break the bank. This place was a great value and the host was very hospitable. Highly recommend.
A beautiful spot, tucked away in a beautiful area. Wildlife is very present, including woodpeckers and turkeys. The home itself is beautiful and cozy. The owner is pleasant, informative, and quick to respond whenever needed.
Kathy’s place is a great find! Relaxing and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful amenities including a full s’mores kit and dry fire wood for the fire pit. We also enjoyed hiking around the property. We hope to return soon!

We had a great time at Katherine's place. She allowed us to have my wedding there on her property and everything turned out wonderfully. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and she tolerated the complication of a great many guests as well.
What a beautiful home just far enough away from it all. Plenty of wildlife around to keep you looking for more, nice hiking trails and even a little church real close. We were in town for a family reunion so truthfully we weren't at the house as much as we would have liked to be. Katharine has paid a lot attention to the details to make it great!
I absolutely loved the view from the porch upstairs. The grill was cleaned and supplied with charcoal/lighter fluid. There was also a nice welcome gift, which was very unexpected. If I was staying in the area, I would definitely rent this place again.
Such an awesome host- so many special touches! Loved all of the splashes of color throughout the home. It was perfect for our group of four- The setting was peaceful yet not too remote.

Well-stocked is an understatement! This beautifully decorated house had so many thoughtful touches, you can tell the owner is committed to going above and beyond as a host. Fresh apples and other breakfast items in the fridge, a well-stocked kitchen, any toiletry or first aid item you needed, Netflix, comfortable deck furniture, you name it.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had an an Airbnb. Kathy was the most hospitable host from all the little touches, treats, homemade bread and welcoming gestures to the comfortable beds, all the supplies needed and more! Kathy responded within seconds with each conversation we had. The home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with everything and even more than what was needed to enjoy. The privacy is more than I imagined, with only trees and wildlife around the home. The trails behind the home were a plus too! I can’t say enough about this home and Kathy. She is a superb super host! I’m in love with this place and would recommend and come back any chance I get!
You know your stay will be excellent when you enter an Airbnb home and there is a fire burning in the wood stove, fresh artisan bread, a bottle of wine and a welcome note. We found Katharine’s home to be so warm and welcoming! The home is set on a beautiful wooded lot with views of the forest. Katharine was excellent at communicating anything we might possibly need to know about the property and surrounding area. This home has just about everything you could possibly need, from supplies to make s’mores to a stocked first aid kit, and anything you could imagine you would want to make your stay more pleasant. Thoughtful touches are in every room! Everything was very clean and cozy. We definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
We absolutely loved this place - so cozy and beautifully decorated. A real gem in the forest. The kitchen was very well stocked and the entire place was spotless. The bottle of wine and the loads of fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice touch, that we very much appreciated. We saw 4 deer from the balcony in the evening and it really added to the idyllic atmosphere. Kathy was a wonderful hostess - quick to respond and very welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for more and only wish we could have stayed longer!
